Traffic Grid LLC, and its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (“Traffic Grid”) offer our customers certain choices about how we use their information. Some states provide residents with the right to opt out of the “selling” or “sharing” of their personal information, or of “targeted advertising” based on their personal information.
Traffic Grid collects, uses, and shares certain information about you through our website, social media, email exchanges, mobile apps, and other online services.
Traffic Grid may sell or share personal information with third parties, including your browsing habits and site visit history, secondary search queries, and inbox activity. Traffic Grid also uses cookies and similar technologies that may result in your personal information being shared with third parties in a manner that could be construed as a sale under certain state laws. Additionally, some of our vendors may use your data in a way that could be construed as a sale of data. For more information, see Traffic Grid’s privacy policy [here].
As a result, we provide the ability to opt out of the cookies, trackers, and activities that may fall under the definition of “sale”. Please note that Traffic Grid will not treat you differently as a result of your decision to opt-out. However, opting out of the use of cookies and trackers may result in your web experience being degraded and may limit or make unavailable some of the functionality and features of Traffic Grid’s services.
To opt-out of the sale of your personal information, please contact Traffic Grid at [support@trafficgrid.com] or [(407) 472-0222].
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), gives residents of the state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information.
Residents of California may exercise their right to opt-out by sending an email to donotsell@trafficgrid.com withdrawing their agreement to have their personal information resold to third parties. They may delegate authority to another individual exclusively for the purpose of exercising their opt-out right. The email’s text should contain the email address of the individual exercising his or her right to opt-out. Any personal information sent in the email in conjunction with the opt-out request will be used exclusively to fulfill the request.
